About
Welcome to SYAMA AYUDHYA Cafe, a charming gem nestled in the heart of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand. Situated along the serene U Thong Rd, this cafe offers a remarkable blend of delightful beverages, stunning views, and a cozy atmosphere that can elevate any ordinary day into a memorable experience.
As I step into SYAMA AYUDHYA Cafe, I'm immediately captivated by its exceptional design and stylish decor. The interior boasts a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics with traditional Thai elements, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that is perfect for relaxation or catching up with friends. It's no wonder that many visitors rave about the cafe being a picturesque spot for photos, especially with the picturesque backdrop of an old temple and the scenic river views.
Speaking of beverages, the menu features an array of choices that cater to various tastes. One standout recommendation is the Yuzu Tonic Coffee, a refreshing twist that many patrons, including Thucha TC, have praised for its delightful flavor. While some drinks might be on the pricier side, like the ~120 THB beverages discussed by Napat Petch-In, the unique taste experience often justifies the cost. The coffee selection is impressive, and for those with a sweet tooth, the desserts have garnered positive reviews for being delicious and worth every bite.
Despite a few comments regarding limited seating and parking, the spacious layout offers a quieter setting for patrons looking to unwind. As Khin Swe Swe Win pointed out, the cafe is a fantastic location for a peaceful retreat, making it easy to enjoy views of both the river and the nearby temple. Although service can vary, the overall friendliness of the staff, particularly those assisting with table arrangements, adds a personal touch to the experience.
In essence, SYAMA AYUDHYA Cafe is more than just a coffee shop; it's a destination that seamlessly marries the rich cultural heritage of Ayutthaya with modern café culture. Whether you're capturing memories through your camera or indulging in their delicious offerings, it promises an atmosphere filled with warmth, beauty, and culinary delights. For anyone exploring the area, this cafe is a must-visit — a perfect place to immerse yourself in the charm of Ayutthaya while enjoying delightful treats.
“ I was there on holidays, The beverage price are quite high (~120thb) and the seat and parking lot are very restrict If you want to take a shot with a old temple this place is highly recommend ”
“ This cafe is in the hotel and yes the design is exceptional. Yuzu tonic coffee is great ever. Staffs in coffee shop are nice. ”
“ The design and interior of Syama are absolutely charming, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The service is excellent—friendly and attentive. While some of the signature drinks didn’t quite hit the mark, the desserts were outstanding and definitely worth a try ”
“ SYAMA AYUDHYA Cafe is a fantastic spot that offers more than just coffee. It's an ideal location for a photoshoot, with a wide and quiet setting that provides ample space and beautiful backdrops. The cafe boasts stunning views of the river and a nearby temple, making for a truly picturesque experience. If you're looking for a peaceful and visually appealing cafe to relax or capture some great photos, SYAMA AYUDHYA Cafe is a perfect choice. ”
“ This is a café in Ayuttaya by the river. The design is classic. There are tables in the air-conditioning room but not for a big group of 9 persons like ours. So we sit at the small terrace by the river which is nice. There are several kinds of coffee we can choose from. They all are tasty. Cakes are good too. It is a nice coffee shop to visit. The staff at the cashier could be more patient and more friendly though. The staff who help with finding the table are much nicer. There are some parking spaces here, not many though. ”
“ Located in a great spot with a river view, this place serves up delicious Syama-style coffee, especially better less sweet. The cake is a bit sweeter, but it’s still enjoyable with fresh coconut on top. The cafe has both an outdoor and an indoor seating area, both of which are air-conditioned. Good place to visit , maybe nice at night time ”
“ It is a beautifully decorated spot with good coffee and tasty food, all at a proper price. It also provides Wi-Fi. However, it may not be the best place for people who need to work or focus, as many customers are there for taking photos, which can be distracting. A significant drawback is the limited number of power sockets for charging. The cafe could also need to improve its restroom maintenance, as the tissue sometimes runs out and the hand wash liquid seems to be diluted. ”
